The scrolling in windows drives me batty how it jerks around so stiffly. If you want the same experience as Mac users, you should just get a Mac. On a Mac I used a Magic Mouse and got very used to the per-pixel scrolling as well as the inertia etc. Any further chained methods,therefore, will be called against no elements (which, in most cases,means that nothing will happen). If you use the scrollbar in Safari, your scrolling should be smooth, But if you use a mouse wheel, you won't have the same experience autoscrolling is not supported in Safari for Windows.
